SHIPPING & RETURNS
We currently ship our skincare to New Zealand only. All goods are shipped using New Zealand Postal services. This does not include PO Box Addresses. Please email admin@namafiji.co.nz for a shipping quote.
Upon fulfilment of your order, you will receive a tracking notification from the New Zealand postal services. Shipping time is generally around 7-10 business days. Delays are to be expected and are out of Nama Fiji's control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@namafiji.co.nz. If your return is accepted, shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer/sender. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@namafiji.co.nz.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
All returned goods are to be in an unused, new condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
