Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our New Zealand distribution centre, unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide across New Zealand.
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Rural delivery: an additional 8–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100 NZD.
For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, please note:
Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including international shipping schedules, flight availability, and customs processing
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once stock arrives at our New Zealand distribution centre
If you have ordered multiple items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur. These may be caused by courier delays, flight cancellations or limited cargo availability, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@namafiji.co.nz so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain unaffected.
